① Log in to the community, check your account information, and complete your personal profile.
② Check whether your Olight account information syncs correctly.
③ Explore your profile page and other profile features.
📝 Content & Interaction
① Create a post or reply to other O-Fans on designated topics.
② Like, comment, and participate in discussions.
③ Share your thoughts on the overall community experience.
🐛 Feedback & Bug Reporting
① Report any bugs or issues you encounter.
② Share suggestions that could make the community better.
③ Screenshots or screen recordings are especially helpful when reporting an issue. 📸

Please submit your feedback through the Help Center in the DTC Community. You’ll find 5 feedback categories:

Please provide as much detail as possible so our team can better understand and reproduce the issue. 🙌

Beta Test Period: August 16, 9:00 PM EDT – August 30, 9:00 PM EDT

During the Beta Test, contributors will be ranked based on feedback quality, bug discoveries, suggestions, task completion, content contributions, and overall participation.

All qualified Beta Testers will also receive a Beta Tester Badge. 💙
To qualify for the Participation Reward, you must:
1️⃣ Complete the account experience check, including verifying that your Olight account information syncs correctly.
2️⃣ Complete at least one content or interaction task, such as creating a post, replying, liking, or joining a designated discussion.
3️⃣ Submit at least one valid and actionable piece of feedback that our team can review and categorize.
4️⃣ Follow the Beta confidentiality and community rules, and provide additional information when needed to help with testing or issue reproduction.
